Svanetian Salt es una sal especiada que se originó en Svaneti, una región montañosa del noroeste de Georgia. Svanetian salt is a spiced salt that originated in Svaneti, a mountainous region of northwestern Georgia. This area is known for its plant life, in particular blue fenugreek, that is a must in the blend. This spice mix is used instead of plain salt by many people and is popular all around the country.

Traditionally, Svanetian salt is added to potatoes in kubdari (Svanetian meat pie), to tomato and cucumber salads, bean stews and several other Svanetian dishes.
